We want every order to arrive in perfect condition. If something isn't right, please follow the steps below and we'll make it right.
All orders are subject to stock availability. We may cancel or modify an order in case of stock shortages, pricing errors or unforeseen circumstances; if we do, you will receive a full refund of any amount already paid. Prices may change without notice.
You may request a replacement or refund within 3 days of receiving your order if the item is:
Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please send a clear photo of the issue along with your order number on WhatsApp at 0300-9845333 within 3 days of delivery.
Personalised, customised, white-label and bulk-order items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective. Items marked as "final sale" are also non-refundable.
If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective or wrong item), we cover return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
You can cancel any order before it has been dispatched at no charge. Once an item has been handed to the courier, the standard return process applies.
COD is available across Pakistan. Free delivery is offered within Lahore. For other cities, a delivery charge will be confirmed on WhatsApp before dispatch.
