We want every order to arrive in perfect condition. If something isn't right, please follow the steps below and we'll make it right.

1. Sales Policy

All orders are subject to stock availability. We may cancel or modify an order in case of stock shortages, pricing errors or unforeseen circumstances; if we do, you will receive a full refund of any amount already paid. Prices may change without notice.

2. Returns & Replacements

You may request a replacement or refund within 3 days of receiving your order if the item is:

• Damaged in transit
• Different from what you ordered (wrong product, size, colour or scent)
• Defective and not working as described

Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please send a clear photo of the issue along with your order number on WhatsApp at 0300-9845333 within 3 days of delivery.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Personalised, customised, white-label and bulk-order items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective. Items marked as "final sale" are also non-refundable.

4. How returns work

1. Send a message on WhatsApp at 0300-9845333 with your order number, the issue, and a photo.
2. We'll confirm the return and share return instructions (drop-off in Lahore, or courier the item back to us — whichever is easier).
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will replace it or refund the amount.
4. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days via the same method you used to pay (JazzCash, bank transfer, or COD adjustment).

5. Return shipping costs

If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective or wrong item), we cover return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

6. Cancellations

You can cancel any order before it has been dispatched at no charge. Once an item has been handed to the courier, the standard return process applies.

7. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available across Pakistan. Free delivery is offered within Lahore. For other cities, a delivery charge will be confirmed on WhatsApp before dispatch.
